Visits and Open Days

The best way to get a true flavour of Beeston’s unique atmosphere is to visit in person, so that you can experience the ‘feel’ of the place first-hand.

We are delighted to welcome families at any point and are now conducting socially-distanced  tours of the school. We would recommend that you allow plenty of time to make the most of your personal visit.

This will enable you to meet the Headmaster, Fred de Falbe, tour our beautiful site, see the school’s facilities, and above all meet our staff and pupils.

There are different ways to arrange your visit >

We host Open Days on Saturdays but you are welcome to arrange a visit on some weekdays as well.

Our next Open Day will be published here once confirmed.

Please register your interest with our Registrar, Mrs Viv Farnell

Beeston offers Year 2 and Year 6 pupils the opportunity to experience a typical school day and gain a real flavour of the daily life here at Beeston. Pupils will take part in English, Maths, Science, Art and Games lessons, all of which will be taught by our specialist teachers. Visiting children will meet with a senior member of staff, enjoy the day – including lunch and Little Tea! – with current pupils.

If parents are concerned about making a choice between an 11+ School and a 13+ School then this is a useful point of comparison. There is also an opportunity for parents to discuss entry requirements with the Registrar and Headmaster.

We cannot currently confirm when the next Beeston Experience Day will be taking place because of Covid-19 restrictions, but you are welcome to explore further details or register for our next Beeston Experience Day, via our Registrar, Mrs Viv Farnell

You and your family can also arrange to sample any number of school events that take place throughout the year, such as our whole-school productions in the Michaelmas term, concerts throughout the year, Grandparents’ days, fetes, sports fixtures, primary school tournaments, lectures or exhibitions. You can also come and see us at The East Anglian Game Fair, The Royal Norfolk Show, The Aylsham Show or the Independent Schools’ Show in London.
