Beeston Hall School is an independent boarding and day Prep and Pre-Prep School for boys and girls aged 4-13. It is a small, busy school which has a warm, family ethos, welcoming children of all types and faiths from the UK and overseas.

We employ over 55 members of staff in positions such as teaching and pastoral care, finance, administration, maintenance and catering and recognise that our reputation is built on the commitment and skills of our staff.

The school is located within 35 acres of beautiful countryside on the North Norfolk coast, a short walk from West Runton beach. We are 45 minutes drive from Norwich, with its restaurants, shops, bars, museums and galleries, and just 7 minutes walk from West Runton railway station.

All adults working at Beeston have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of every pupil, both physically and emotionally, inside and outside the school. The safeguarding and welfare of children is of paramount importance to Beeston and we have policies and procedures in place to ensure this happens. This involves ensuring that pupils are protected from significant physical or emotional harm and having a positive commitment to ensuring the satisfactory development and growth of the individual. Everyone working in the School is aware of the required steps to follow the School’s Child Protection Guidelines.

We are a listening and telling school and encourage all to share with someone they trust any worries or concerns they may have.  Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr. Paul Leaver who can be contacted on 01263 837324.   However,  if there is a situation where an individual wishes to talk to someone outside the school in total confidence,  the services of Childline are available for all children on 0800 1111,  24 hours a day or on   The NSPCC number is 0808 800 5000.
